Genadyne Biotechnologies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage daily receiving and shipping tasks in our New York and Connecticut facilities. You will verify ready orders with CSR, consolidate documents, and coordinate with forwarders and the warehouse team to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

The role requires English/Spanish bilingual abilities, a High School Diploma, and forklift certification. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and general computer skills is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; forklift certification preferred.
• 1+ years warehouse experience; bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Check ready orders with CSR for pickup.
• Consolidate BOLs, PL & CI for planned shipments.
• Schedule pickup dates and times with forwarders.
• Schedule warehouse team to prepare outgoing shipments.
• Follow up with CSR on pickup status of shipments.
• Assist CSR with UPS/FedEx labels and documentation.
• Confirm all pickups for the day are complete.
