Job summary

EchoStar in Englewood, CO is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Recruiter to transform our recruitment function into a proactive, sourcing-led engine. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and architecture teams onsite to identify top talent.

You will conduct deep technical screens, map competitive landscapes, and build sustainable pipelines using AI-driven data to meet delivery targets of 16+ technical hires per quarter while maintaining high-quality shortlists and efficient processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, CS, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Drive outbound sourcing to cultivate passive candidates.
• Act as strategic advisor with data-driven partnerships.
• Build sustainable pipelines across engineering, cloud, and cybersecurity roles.
• Conduct technical screenings for Java, AWS, Microservices.
• Meet delivery targets: 16+ hires per quarter with 30 days in process.
• Maintain 2:1 submission-to-interview ratio through assessments.
