Job summary

CTG, a Cegeka company, seeks a Field Service Technician to join our Katy, TX team. You will provide onsite technical support for printers and imaging equipment within a large facility, installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying systems per customer specifications.

You will diagnose issues, communicate status and ETA to customers, and ensure accurate service documentation and SLA compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires strong electro-mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Experience supporting printers and imaging products in customer-facing environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to document service activities accurately.
• High school diploma required; technical certifications in electronics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for printers and imaging devices in a large facility.
• Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment per customer requirements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware issues with printers and related products.
• Communicate service status, ETA, and resolutions to customers clearly.
• Manage service calls and SLA commitments while documenting activities.
