Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Print Production Associate for JCTC in Louisville, KY. The role operates high-volume Xerox printers, performs finishing tasks, and manages job scheduling and quality checks on-site.

You will stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work closely with the production team to meet customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. A HS diploma and print experience are preferred; Xerox experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a print production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high-school tech training is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).

Responsibilities

• Operate high-volume production printers and finishing equipment.
• Perform document finishing: collating, cutting, folding, laminating, hole punching.
• Receive, review, schedule, and track print jobs.
• Conduct quality inspections before, during, and after production runs.
• Scan documents and handle basic file conversions.
• Package, label, ship, and distribute finished materials.
• Maintain supplies, inventory, and production logs.
• Troubleshoot printer issues and support file storage/backups.
• Collaborate with the team to meet customer requirements.
