Job summary

Bucks County Intermediate Unit in Pennsylvania is seeking a Long Term Substitute Speech-Language Pathologist to support Pre-School Early Intervention across on-site settings, including classrooms and community sites. The SLP will assess, plan strategies, and deliver evidence-based services addressing speech, language, AAC, and literacy needs.

Candidates must have a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, PA SLP certification, CCC-SLP, and PA licensure; CF candidates may be considered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• PA certification in Speech-Language Impaired PK-12 is required.
• CCC-SLP and PA licensure are required.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Access needs, plan strategies, and deliver support to students across education settings.
• Deliver assessment and intervention in speech sound disorders, language, AAC and literacy.
• Develop IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
• Collect and analyze data for progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues on IU and district initiatives.
