Adecco is hiring Assembly Technicians for a fully onsite role in Cambridge, MA. You will work on diverse material processing tasks, including epoxy bonding, component inspection, and test-setup integration, following SOPs to produce hardware and flag issues.

A comprehensive training program supports you to learn about ion thruster technology and contribute to quality and yields. Qualified candidates have 5+ years of regulated environment experience, with soldering and microscope skills, plus lab

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a technician in a regulated environment.
• Inspection experience.
• Soldering experience.
• Experience with various microscopes including optical, digital, and scanning electron.
• Experienced working in a lab with general lab tools and equipment such as torque drivers, soldering stations, epoxies, personal protective equipment protocols, and general lab safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Work on epoxy bonding of delicate components, inspect with microscopes, and assist with test setup integration.
• Following standard operating procedures and protocols, produce hardware, flag problems in the production line, and run experimental procedures to improve yields and performance.
