Job summary

Advantage Technical is hiring a Space Hardware Assembly Technician in Framingham, MA for a 1st shift temporary position. You will assemble high-precision mechanical and electrical components for aerospace and spaceflight programs, handling calibration, cleaning, tagging, and documentation.

You'll use CAD tools, torque wrenches, multimeters, calipers, and other precision equipment while ensuring quality and safety standards in a regulated production environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in precision assembly or related industries.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or high-precision hardware.
• Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing work instructions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming flight and production hardware.
• Perform precision cleaning, bagging, tagging, inspection, and assembly of components.
• Conduct acceptance testing including visual, dimensional, electrical, and leak tests.
• Operate and maintain manufacturing and metrology equipment.
• Use torque wrenches, calipers, multimeters, gauges, and crimping tools.
• Support continuous improvement and provide feedback to engineering teams.
• Maintain quality, safety, and documentation standards.
