Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking an on-site assembler to perform semi-skilled operations assembling sub-assemblies and finished products to tight tolerances. You will read drawings, inspect with gauges, and use power and hand tools daily, following blueprints and standard procedures.

This role requires basic math, the ability to follow detailed instructions, and strong teamwork to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read/write English and interpret assembly documents (BOMs, blueprints, test info).
• Use power/hand tools, gauges and testing devices to assemble components.
• Work from detailed instructions and apply sound judgement.
• Solid basic math skills (decimals/fractions).
• Work with minimal supervision and record daily production.
• Some skill and precision in assembling techniques.
• Teamwork and independent work when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble subassemblies and finished units following blueprints and specifications.
• Check specs and ensure adequate supplies for the build.
• Operate tools and test equipment; maintain quality standards.
• Follow SOPs and document results accurately.
• Identify defective workmanship and report issues promptly.
• Support other departments as needed and help improve processes.
