Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-power electronics and power distribution systems.

Responsibilities

• Designs electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, and algorithms per established engineering principles.
• Develops and implements parameters, processes, and test plans for new and existing designs, including validation of tolerances and thermal performance.
• Collaborates with management and development partners on design status and issue resolution.
• Leads a project team of engineers and partners to develop reliable, cost-effective solutions for complex products.
• Represents the electrical hardware team through all phases of large development projects.
