Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Project Manager – Onsite Power Delivery to lead end-to-end planning and delivery of on-site behind-the-meter power infrastructure for large-scale data center developments. You will oversee microgrid plants, gas turbines, generators, BESS, and related electrical works from design through energization.

The PM will coordinate with hyperscale customers, engineering teams, and contractors to ensure safe, on-schedule, and on-budget delivery, while addressing

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• PMP or PE certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience with onsite microgrid power solutions and HV systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of all power infrastructure scopes for onsite microgrid delivery.
• Coordinate AHJs and permitting authorities.
• Manage budgets, bid packages, and contract negotiations.
• Track long-lead equipment procurement and change orders.
• Review design documents for constructability and energization plans.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with electrical codes.
• Provide data-driven updates on milestones, cost exposure, and risks.
