Position: Onsite Porter
Location: Cornerstone, 4550 Le Donne Dr, Sacramento, CA 95814
Hours: Full Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
Compensation: $22 per hour, depending on experience
The On-Site Porter is an entry-level position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, curb appeal, and overall appearance of a Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) Tax Credit community. Duties include cleaning common areas, maintaining grounds, removing trash and debris, assisting with unit turns, and supporting the property's day-to-day operations. This position offers a valuable opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in affordable housing maintenance, with hands‑on training and exposure to basic maintenance tasks under the guidance of experienced maintenance staff. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-service oriented, and eager to learn and develop maintenance skills while contributing to a safe, clean, and welcoming community for residents.
