Job summary

Dellbrook|JKS is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead projects from start-up through closeout in Massachusetts. You will coordinate field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to keep the project on schedule while partnering with Superintendents to hit goals.

The role demands strong communication skills, a team-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Construction Project Managers with extensive experience coordinating and managing all resources from start-up to closeout.
• Knowledge of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to align with the project schedule.
• Partner with Superintendents to achieve project goals.
• Represent the company with owners, architects, consultants, government authorities, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Administer financial aspects including owner contracts, subcontracts, budgets, and purchase orders.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members.
• Manage multiple projects depending on size and complexity.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Follow company SOPs and lead by example.
• Participate in job site coverage as needed.
