Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC seeks a Detroit Arsenal Liaison Officer (DTA LNO) to serve as the onsite representative for PM PNT, delivering integration support across the Detroit Arsenal enterprise and accelerating capability fielding.

The role requires strong relationship-building with host-platform offices, engineering teams, and leadership, plus the ability to navigate DoD acquisitions, manage risks, and communicate status clearly while working onsite nearly full-time.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition, systems integration, platform integration, engineering, testing, production, or program-management activities
• Ability to represent a government program office in meetings with technical, acquisition, programmatic, and senior-leadership stakeholders
• Experience identifying and communicating cost, schedule, technical, funding, and organizational risks
• Demonstrated ability to operate independently in a complex, mission-focused environment
• Strong stakeholder-engagement, relationship-management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to understand technical and programmatic information and communicate it clearly to both working-level personnel and senior leaders
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple program offices, organizations, or functional disciplines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability and willingness to work onsite at Detroit Arsenal on a near-full-time basis

Responsibilities

• Represent PM PNT at host-platform boards, working groups, technical interchange meetings, integration meetings, and recurring program synchronization events
• Communicate PM PNT priorities to host-platform stakeholders
• Maintain awareness of host-platform decisions and activities affecting PM PNT integrations
• Ensure relevant decisions, risks, action items, and stakeholder concerns are communicated promptly to PM PNT leadership
• Maintain direct onsite visibility into A-Kit orders, prototype builds, production activity, and delivery schedules
• Monitor prototype and production progress to identify emerging issues
• Engage with facility personnel, engineering teams, and program stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies
• Provide PM PNT leadership with timely, accurate updates regarding build status, delivery projections, constraints, and dependencies
• Serve as PM PNT's onsite representative during testing activities and equipment installations
• Observe testing and installation activities to identify technical issues and schedule impacts
• Facilitate communication among PM PNT, host-platform offices, test organizations, and installation personnel
• Track testing and installation issues through resolution and inform stakeholders
• Identify unreported or emerging schedule delays, funding changes, technical risks, resource constraints, and stakeholder concerns
• Evaluate potential effects of identified risks on cost, schedule, performance, and fielding objectives
• Provide clear, concise, actionable risk information to PM PNT leadership
• Recommend mitigation strategies and follow-up actions
• Assess host-platform workflows to identify inefficiencies and delays
• Develop targeted recommendations to reduce non-recurring engineering costs and accelerate capability delivery
• Support implementation and evaluation of approved process improvements
• Coordinate with leadership to engage PM PNT as needed
• Prepare leadership for engagements by summarizing issues and outcomes
• Track decisions and actions resulting from leadership engagements
• Develop understanding of internal dynamics and stakeholder environment within host-program offices
• Identify key stakeholders and potential barriers to successful integration
• Provide objective assessments to PM PNT leadership
• Use organizational awareness to improve communication and relationships
• Proactively resolve discrepancies and conflicts, and elevate issues when needed
• Build trusted relationships across program offices, engineering teams, and leadership groups
• Facilitate productive communication among stakeholders with differing priorities
• Elevate issues when unresolved and pose risks to the program
• Serve as a credible advocate for PM PNT's mission and integration strategy
• Protect baselines across current integrations and plan for future integrations
• Ensure PM PNT requirements are understood in host-platform decisions
• Support onboarding and stakeholder alignment for future integrations
