Job summary

Credence seeks a Detroit Arsenal Liaison Officer (DTA LNO) to act as the onsite representative for Project Manager Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT), providing integration support across the Detroit Arsenal enterprise.

The role emphasizes accelerating capability fielding, reducing integration costs, identifying risks, and resolving issues with host-platform offices, engineering teams, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD acquisition, systems integration, platform integration, engineering, testing, production, or program-management activities.
• Ability to represent a government program office in meetings with technical, acquisition, programmatic, and senior-leadership stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder-engagement, relationship-management, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability and willingness to work onsite at Detroit Arsenal on a near-full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Represent PM PNT at host-platform boards, working groups, and integration meetings.
• Communicate PM PNT priorities to host-platform stakeholders and maintain awareness of decisions affecting PM PNT integrations.
• Provide timely updates on build status, delivery projections, and dependencies.
• Identify risks and coordinate mitigation strategies with leadership.
• Support process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives within host-platform contexts.
