Job summary

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Logistics / PSM Operations Lead to support PM PNT at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. You will provide Integrated Logistics Support and Product Support Management across planning, tasker management, logistics coordination, sustainment activities.

The ideal candidate has a strong DoD logistics background, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced program office environment.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of DoD logistics, ILS, and Product Support Management principles.
• Experience supporting Army or DoD logistics programs.
• Ability to coordinate taskers, action items, and requirements in a program office.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain short- and mid-range plans and schedules.
• Experience with logistics audits, internal controls, or compliance activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work with classified and unclassified information and obtain required clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide ILS and Product Support Management support for PM PNT programs and requirements.
• Coordinate completion of taskers and track actions through to closure.
• Track Product Support-related taskings and urgent operational requests.
• Develop and maintain schedules for short- and mid-range PS operations.
• Coordinate weekly activity inputs from PS teams for leadership review.
• Organize and manage PS files in SharePoint and Teams.
• Arrange meetings with government and contractor stakeholders and manage AV/ conferencing.
