Job summary

Mountain View Pain Center in Colorado is seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role at the Greeley Clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to reduce pain and improve mobility.

You must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy or MS in PT with current Colorado or Arizona licensure, and demonstrate strong communication and collaborative skills. Vestibular rehab or pelvic floor experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• DPT or MS in PT required.
• Current licensure in Colorado or Arizona.
• Commitment to holistic patient care and collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor a plus.

Responsibilities
