HNL Lab Medicine is seeking a patient-focused phlebotomy/clinical support staff member at the Health Center Fogelsville site. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 6 months to 2 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; Spanish proficiency may be required depending on location.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification required or provided.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipunctures and collects specimens, explains collection procedures.
• Handles patient registration and verifies billing information.
• Processes, stores, and transports specimens per requirements.
• Provides on-call and mobile service as required.
• Travel to sites within 25 miles as needed for coverage.
• Maintains accurate documentation and supports training new staff.
