Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist I for the Lexington, MA location. This 3-month contract role requires onsite availability with a schedule that includes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday shifts across two sites. Pay rate ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.

The role emphasizes accurate blood collection, patient interaction, and maintaining compliant records. Experience in phlebotomy and high school completion are required, with certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Phlebotomy credentials/licenses required (per state credential requirements).

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Performs with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public in general.
