Job summary

Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa seeks a Pharmacy Technician for the Human Services- Pharmacy division. This on-site role supports licensed pharmacists through prescription processing, refills, and inventory tasks within a compliant clinical setting.

You must hold State Pharmacy Technician Registration and National Certification; experience with common pharmacy software is preferred. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered with a 15-month commitment.

Qualifications

• State Pharmacy Technician Registration required with pharmacy work history.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification required; must certify within 1 year if not.
• Knowledge of pharmacy software (ScriptPro, QS/I, Epic/Willow, McKesson, PDX) preferred.
• Computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Accept new written prescriptions or refill orders; supervised by licensed pharmacist.
• Take refill request information from patient by phone and process orders.
• Contact providers for refill authorization.
• Take oral, fax and written authorization from providers for refills.
• Enter new/refill prescription orders into pharmacy software.
