Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience.
• Current Pharmacy Registration and required state certification.
• Basic computer skills; safety-sensitive role involving PHI.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription exceptions and resolve claim rejects.
• Enter member demographics and prescription information into the system.
• Research and resolve rejected insurance billing and escalated member issues.
• Escalate prescription questions to a Pharmacist for interpretation and guidance.
• Assist with inbound/outbound calls from patients or physicians.
• Other duties as assigned.
