Blink Health is hiring a Certified Pharmacy Technician for an onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA. You will handle prescription data entry, provider communications, and issue resolution within Blink protocols.

The position requires PA licensure or willingness to obtain it, plus PTCB or NHA certification and at least six months of technician experience. Expect a 40-hour week with potential overtime and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity.

Responsibilities

• Process data entry of prescriptions (electronic, faxed, verbal) per Blink protocols, complex entries.
• Serve as contact for provider communications, handling outbound and inbound calls.
• Accept inbound provider calls via warm transfers with context.
• Resolve issues submitted by pharmacists, technicians, and Incident Coordinator team.
• Perform tasks safely and in compliance with policies and laws.

Responsibilities:

• Process data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions per Blink protocols, with a focus on complex and higher‑difficulty entries
• Serve as point of contact for provider/physician communications, handling both outbound and inbound calls
• Accept inbound provider calls through warm transfers, ensuring call context is established prior to acceptance; patient calls are not currently part of this role, responsibilities are subject to change as business needs evolve
• Resolve open issues submitted by a variety of departments, including pharmacists, other technicians, and Incident Coordinator team
• Perform all tasks in a safe and compliant manner consistent with corporate policies and State and Federal laws
• Other duties as assigned in the Pharmacy Technician role

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months prior Pharmacy Technician, or similar industry experience required
• PTCB or NHA certification required prior to joining
• Licensure: Must hold an active Pennsylvania Pharmacy Technician license or be willing to obtain and have it approved prior to start date
• Professional phone presence in a support/service capacity
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn complex new software
• Competent in basic pharmacy calculations

Shifts: Available Shift Options:

• Rotational 40‑hour per week shifts are also available between the hours of 8 AM – 9 PM EST, (Monday – Friday)

Saturday shifts rotate among the team (9 AM – 5 PM EST); you'll always know your schedule in advance.
