Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking an Automation Onsite Administrator in Boston, MA to support Omnicell solutions and ensure optimal customer outcomes. You will build and sustain the customer relationship, confirm system optimization, and manage reports and data views for the client.

The role requires hospital pharmacy experience, a valid pharmacy technician certificate & license in MA, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects. Travel to the Boston site is expected.

Qualifications

• Active National Pharmacy Technician Certificate (PTCB/CPhT/EXCPT).
• Active MA Pharmacy Technician License/Registration.
• 2 years of hospital healthcare or hospital medication inventory experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and administer the Omnicell system for a customer.
• Generate, analyze, and disseminate reports to relevant resources.
• Provide optimization services and identify opportunities for inventory improvement.
• Retrieve and analyze data from Omnicell and customer systems to create custom views.
• Conduct in-service training and evaluate retraining needs for end users.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and monitor satisfaction.
• Perform onsite triage and troubleshooting of Omnicell products, including minor repairs.
• Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, and beta activities.
• Attend required training/meetings for Omnicell or the customer.
