The position requires a Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy with Missouri licensure and a willingness to work a 4x10 schedule in an onsite environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or B.S. in Pharmacy required.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Active Missouri pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong problem solving and collaboration skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to read and interpret prescriptions.
• Customer service focus and attention to accuracy.
• Ability to manage timelines and peak volumes.
• Flexible schedule for peak times.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and quality assurance to pharmacy technicians.
• Replenish automated counting equipment.
• Perform product verification of technician-prepared items.
• Address orders with patient-specific handling requests.
• Direct supervision of technicians in all pharmacy areas.
• Open/close and secure the pharmacy during production hours.
• Fill liquid orders requiring pharmacist dispensing.
• Maintain quality and efficiency standards.
• Comply with state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Train pharmacists/technicians and back up colleagues as needed.
