Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Valid MO Pharmacy technician license registration required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician or NHA preferred.
• Strong computer skills Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Select and retrieve appropriate quantities of medication and prepare labels.
• Work as part of a team to resolve requests in Pull Department, Pull Rx, Letter processing, and Controls exception.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations when communicating externally.
• Process letter requests by manual or automated databases and data entry.
• Pull requests, rescan, and coordinate with RPh to obtain documentation.
