Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Dispensing Pharmacist 2 to join our Orlando, FL team onsite. You will oversee the accurate and timely dispensing of prescribed medications and work with the health care team to ensure compliant and safe processes.

The role emphasizes independent decision-making, attention to detail, and effective communication. The position offers a 40-hour schedule with a competitive base pay and bonus incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist license from the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
• Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs.
• Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving.
• Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient with computers.
• Will work onsite full time at the CenterWell dispensing Center located at 11010 Florida Crown Dr. Suite 200 Orlando, FL 32824.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare prescriptions through a highly automated system.
• Check for completeness and accuracy of all new and refill labels and orders.
• Check for content and accuracy of all drug packaging and labeling.
• Work with fellow health care team members.
• Assure compliance with legal requirements within the pharmacy.
• Process and check for completeness and accuracy of all new and refill Braille and Talking Vial orders.
• Research medication issues.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
