Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a project coordinator to lead multi-discipline real estate project solutions for a pharmaceutical client on a full-time basis. The role involves on-site work at the client campus in Indianapolis or Lebanon, IN, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, and resources across administrative, laboratories, production, and warehouse areas.

You will manage project delivery, work directly with clients, evaluate bids, develop charters, and drive milestones while coaching teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with GMP and commissioning processes is helpful but not required.
• On-site work five days a week at client campus in Indianapolis, IN or Lebanon, IN.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects.
• Prepare scope of work, budgets, schedules, and milestones with clients.
• Define delivery resources and evaluate bids via RFPs.
• Facilitate charter development and integrated timelines.
• Ensure projects stay on schedule and escalate issues when needed.
• Lead regular project status meetings with stakeholders.
• Coach and guide project teams across disciplines.
