Job summary

Turner & Townsend PJM US LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead advanced management services for pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging sites. The role involves managing projects from initiation through completion with on-site presence at the client campus in Indianapolis or Lebanon, IN three to four days a week.

You will oversee scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk management, interfacing with clients to define requirements and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Previous experience managing projects in GMP environments.
• PMP (US and/or Canada) and LEED AP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of project delivery including scope, budget, schedule, procurement, and quality.Projects located in regulated GMP areas.
• Coordinate with client to define requirements, prepare scope, budget, cash flow, and milestones.
• Lead bid analysis, vendor selection, and change management.
