Qualifications

• Training or education in project management or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership working with teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ year related manufacturing experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical environment experience preferred.
• Familiarity with PM techniques, tools, and software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection, organization, and maintenance of operational, production, and customer demand data.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for leadership review.
• Update planning tools (Smartsheets) and business systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor and track production schedules and batch release activities.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up on action items to support readiness and release.
• Communicate operational updates across cross-functional teams.
• Track key business metrics and escalate data discrepancies.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership meetings.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or operational issues and communicate them to teams.
