Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a lean/OPEX production environment.
• Minimum of 10 years of Management experience in a cGMP environment.
• Minimum of 5 years leadership experience in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation, formulation, and sterile filling activities.
• Lead a culture of operational excellence using OPEX principles.
• Translate strategic plan to a long-term production plan.
• Ensure employee engagement and health.
