Job summary

The Atlanta Braves are seeking a seasoned People Capital Leader for North Port/Spring Training operations. This onsite role manages employee relations matters and supports HR programs for ~20 full-time employees and seasonal/game-day staff, partnering with the VP, People Capital and Atlanta-based team.

Required are 7+ years in HR, strong investigations and coaching skills, and the ability to work independently across the full employee lifecycle. Travel to Atlanta may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Significant hands-on employee relations and workplace investigation experience.
• Strong HR generalist experience across multiple areas of the employee lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience advising and coaching managers on employee relations and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite People Capital resource for employee relations matters.
• Independently manage employee complaints, investigations and performance concerns.
• Coach and advise managers on policy, performance and day-to-day people matters.
• Partner with North Port leadership on workforce planning and staffing needs.
• Support Workday processes and HRIS data accuracy.
