Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 2 to join the CIDO Classified Solutions team on-site in Aurora, CO. Responsibilities include ticketing, workstation relocations, diagnostics, and user support within a controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher with 2 years IT experience, or Associate/Bachelor degree with 0 years experience.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and remote deployment methods.
• Must meet US Government 8140 PC Network Support Technician – IAT Level II or obtain certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage support tickets; maintain documentation and ticket SLAs.
• Relocate workstations and equipment between buildings; install and configure hardware for quick resume of operations.
• Provide basic diagnostics; troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues; support security policies.
