Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 2 to provide on-site desktop support at our Aurora, CO location. The role requires strong communication, customer-service mindset, and the ability to perform equipment relocations with minimal downtime.

The candidate must hold TS/SCI clearance, meet 8140 requirements or obtain them within 6 months, and be prepared to work in a secure, classified environment with occasional travel.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma with 2 years IT experience or Associate/Bachelor with 0 years.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office suites, and remote deployment methods.
• Must meet US Government 8140 requirements for PC Network Support Technician IAT II or obtain certification within 6 months.
• Must have TS/SCI clearance at minimum and ability to obtain a polygraph.

Aufgaben

• Create and manage tickets for all support incidents with timely updates and documentation.
• Relocate workstations and equipment between campus buildings to resume operations with minimal disruption.
• Provide basic diagnostics and analyze problems from historical records.
• Use Active Directory to create/unlock user accounts and perform password resets.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for hardware assets and update status when deployed or retired.
• Spend significant time away from the desk supporting users and moving equipment.
