• Willingness to adopt AI to improve processes.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Handle admitting duties for all patients admitted for services.
• Assign accurate MRNs and verify insurance information.
• Explain forms and obtain signatures where required, including consent documents.
• Perform pre-registration activities and collect patient demographics and financial information.
• Use POS tools to support billing and ensure a clean claim rate.
