Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Register patients and assign MRNs and verify demographics.
• Perform medical necessity/compliance checks and insurance verification.
• Collect insurance information and patient payments at point of service.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education materials.
• Screen for POS billing and ensure accurate data entry for claims.
• Support compliance with audit standards and reporting to leadership.
