Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be inquisitive and open to innovation including AI.
• CRCR certification must be obtained within 9 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process patient intake and pre-registration, collect insurance information, and ensure accurate MRNs.
• Verify eligibility and assist with POS collections.
• Explain treatment consent forms and obtain signatures.
• Operate switchboard and route calls.
• Maintain compliance with policies and security standards.
• Support point-of-service goals and audit processes.
