Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Assign accurate MRNs, complete medical necessity/compliance checks, collect insurance information, and process orders.
• Explain general consent for treatment forms and obtain signatures with witnesses as needed.
• Conduct pre-registration of patient accounts including demographic, insurance, and patient financial liabilities; manage point-of-service collections and payment plans.
• Operate the telephone switchboard and maintain excellent customer service in all interactions.
