Prestige Fleet is seeking a Parts Inventory Assistant to support our onsite fleet maintenance operations in Winder, GA. The role involves data entry of parts and inventory into our system, handling routine administrative tasks, and answering questions from vendors and technicians.

This position requires strong MS Office skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Salary is $17.50 per hour with full benefits and an in-person work location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, specifically Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Demonstrate knowledge of general accounting procedures.

Responsabilités

• Performs all general administrative tasks.
• Answers parts questions from vendors and technicians.
• Responds to inquiries from employees.
• Key-in Parts and inventory into system.
• Assists with special projects as needed.
• Operates office equipment as required.
