Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years of clinical experience after graduate degree.
• Licensure required: LCSW-C, LMHC, LPCC, LPC or equivalent per state requirements.
• Independently licensed clinician preferred.
• Strong understanding of employee assistance programs and workplace issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct EAP services to organizations and employees.
• Deliver assessment, consultation, education and triage.
• Conduct crisis intervention and short-term counseling.
• Offer education, webinars and health and wellness trainings.
• Maintain caseload and timely documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork within Magellan.
