Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience after receiving the graduate degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services related to workplace and career concerns, emotional and mental health, relationships and family issues, work-life balance, health and wellness.
• Conduct substance use screenings and coordinate appropriate treatment referrals.
• Provide employee and management consultation related to personal and workplace issues.
• Conduct critical incident response services, EAP assessment and short-term counseling, and health and wellness trainings.
• Manage caseload and documentation to meet quality and performance expectations.
