Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
• Familiarity with corporate governance practices and legal operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ethical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate and regulatory filing calendars for compliance.
• Prepare and track state, local, and regulatory filings.
• Draft legal documents and maintain corporate records.
• Provide administrative support to attorneys.
• Review and process incoming legal mail and documentation.
