2B Living Property Management is seeking a dependable Unit Turn Painter / Maintenance Technician to prep apartments for new residents. The role focuses on painting and basic repairs to deliver move-in ready units in our Bay Area portfolio.

You’ll work with property managers to patch, touch up, and finish spaces, ensuring quality work and timely completion. A valid license and reliable transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Paint apartments with full repaints and touch-ups on walls, ceilings, trim, and doors.
• Make basic repairs such as drywall patching, minor carpentry, and hardware replacement.
• Install blinds, door handles, switch plates, and other finishing items.
• Inspect vacant units, identify needs, and work through a punch list to rent-ready status.
• Coordinate with property managers to finish units on schedule and communicate issues or delays.

2B Living is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Unit Turn Painter / Maintenance Technician to help get apartments ready for their next residents. Painting is the primary focus of this job, along with basic repairs, touch-ups, and the finishing work that makes a vacant apartment look great and ready to rent.

If you're a good painter, know your way around basic tools, take pride in your work, and like staying busy, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Paint apartments: Handle full repaints and touch-ups on walls, ceilings, trim, and doors
• Make basic repairs: Patch drywall, fix minor wall damage, adjust doors and cabinets, replace hardware, and handle other small repairs
• Take care of the details: Install blinds, door handles, switch plates, and other finishing items
• Help get units rent-ready: Inspect vacant apartments, identify what needs attention, and work through a punch list
• Handle minor maintenance: Take care of simple plumbing fixes, basic troubleshooting, and other routine repairs within your skill set
• Keep things moving: Work with property managers and maintenance supervisors to finish units on schedule and communicate any issues or delays

You won't be expected to be an expert in every trade. We're looking for someone who paints well, is handy, learns quickly, and can handle a variety of basic apartment repairs.

What We're Looking For

• Painting experience, preferably in apartments, residential properties, or construction
• Basic maintenance and repair skills, including drywall patching and minor carpentry
• Someone who works efficiently without sacrificing quality
• A dependable team player who shows up on time and takes pride in a job well done
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• At least one year of related painting, construction, or residential maintenance experience preferred

Don't have experience in every area? That's okay. Strong painting skills, a good work ethic, and a willingness to learn go a long way.

Pay & Benefits
