Job summary

Smurfit Westrock plc in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate packaging and information flow across sales, estimating, accounting, production, and customers. This onsite role will drive timely, accurate order processing and exceptional customer service.

You will work with cross-functional teams to produce quotes, manage orders, and improve inventory and reporting. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate packaging/display/visual information flow, liaising between sales, estimating, accounting, production, and the customer.
• Manage customer experience: quotes, orders, schedules/tracking, expediting, shipping, inventory, and reporting.
• Work with sales and management to prepare item-specific quotes and document them.
• Process customer purchase orders ensuring data is complete, accurate, and tracked for on-time in-full deliveries.
• Attend meetings, create cadence with customers/plants, and visit key customer/vendor sites to strengthen relationships.
