Responsibilities

• Spends 100% of time in the onsite clinic providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Ensures day-to-day execution of Concentra's clinical model collaborating with the healthcare team to drive outcomes.
• Maintains timely, accurate and detailed patient records and paperwork.
• Provides direct patient care through history taking, physical exams, diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Administers or orders diagnostic tests and interprets results.
