Job summary

Concentra is seeking an orthopedic surgeon to join our Sunnyvale site as a 1099 independent contractor. You will work on-site for a 4-hour shift weekly or biweekly, collaborating with care teams to deliver non-surgical and surgical services for work-related injuries.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling to accommodate your private practice, with compensation based on a revenue-share model. Board-certified or eligible and valid state licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in treating patients with work related injuries.
• Licensure requirements of the state of practice.
• Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university.
• Unrestricted DEA license for state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Must have Medical Malpractice Insurance which will cover you while on site.

Responsibilities

• Half a day per week or biweekly.
