Spring Leaf Rehabilitation Center in Keyport, New Jersey is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist for a full-time onsite role. You will deliver comprehensive PT services, evaluate patients, and lead an interdisciplinary team to optimize recovery outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and CPR certification, with experience in orthopaedic rehab or related settings. A collaborative environment and ongoing professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program and active NY/NJ state PT license.
• Current CPR certification and strong communication with patients and team.
• Experience in orthopaedic rehab or acute care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive PT treatment to improve mobility and independence.
• Evaluate clients with diagnostic assessments and apply manual/non-manual techniques.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and ensure policy compliance.
• Assess home environments and provide rehab-friendly recommendations.
• Document progress, care plans, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians and case managers on treatment adjustments.
