Job summary

Privado Chiropractic LLC in New Jersey seeks an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our home care team. In this full-time role, you will deliver patient-centered care within a multidisciplinary group, creating individualized treatment plans aligned with recovery goals.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ PT license, has 2+ years in orthopedic rehab, and can collaborate across disciplines to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey physical therapy license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Minimum 2 years of orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehab experience preferred.
• Experience in multidisciplinary clinical settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth orthopedic assessments in home care settings.
• Apply manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to aid recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and occupational therapists for coordinated care.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on body mechanics and home exercises.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes per regulations and standards.
• Stay updated on advancements in orthopedic therapy.
