Qualifications

• Active PTA license in New Jersey.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited PTA program required.
• Proficient in therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Strong communication and patient education abilities.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and manual therapy.
• Administer modalities (ultrasound, electrical stimulation, heat/cold).
• Monitor progress and document outcomes per HIPAA.
• Provide home exercise programs and patient education.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation.
