Headstrong Rehabilitation & Wellness is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist for our East Brunswick, NJ center. This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care and developing personalized treatment plans to enhance recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT) and active state licensure.
• Minimum of two years of active outpatient orthopedic experience.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols and monitor patient progress.
• Develop actionable goals and adjust plans based on evaluations and feedback.
• Maintain complete documentation of patient care in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with physicians and nurses.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
