Job summary

You will manage vendor relationships, inventory, IT/database needs, and equipment, apply Lean/Six Sigma methods, develop reports from databases, and support staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum two years of work experience in operations, logistics, or project management.
• Demonstrated knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or process mapping).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) and database experience; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for a wide range of organizational needs including equipment assessment and installation, internal and external research projects for quality improvement, and facility planning.
• Lead continuous improvement by mapping workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing waste reduction strategies.
• Ensure alignment of milk bank practices with regulatory standards.
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and development of optimized workflows.
• Enter data and manage critical controls in pasteurization lab data and documentation, including lab results and calendar of batches.
