CooperVision, a leading global manufacturer of contact lenses, seeks an Operations Coordinator for the West Henrietta, NY site. This full-time, on-site role coordinates tours for employees, customers, and commercial teams, manages logistics, vendors, and schedules to ensure high-quality experiences aligned with site priorities.

You will partner with marketing, security, IT, and external partners; handle travel logistics for corporate events; maintain visitor records; and support plant operations

Formación

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with ERP and Warehouse Management systems.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating events and travel planning.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule plant tours with Operations and commercial teams.
• Lead engagement activities and provide post-tour feedback.
• Coordinate travel, ground transportation, and accommodations for events.
• Maintain visitor logs, NDAs, and talking points.
• Serve as primary interface between visitors and plant functions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors (Catering, IT, Security).
